Establishing an initial goal

It is very important to articulate the initial goal of the company.

We will post your statement on this hosting site, so that those looking to join a virtual company can decide whether your company offers them an opportunity that fits their needs, skills and availability.

The goal will help you begin to identify the roles that participants can play.

Active members (those who have received rating points from the founders or from other active members) can later vote to change the goal(s) of the virtual company, in accordance with the terms of the operating agreement and articles.

Note that active members may not have the power to alter the terms of a founder(s) agreement established at the outset.
