Establishing an online meeting place
From Vermont Virtual
Upon receipt of the required information and filing/formation fee, VVCC will (through Gravel and Shea) file forms required by the Secretary of State of Vermont to establish your virtual company.
Upon receipt of confirmation of company formation, VVCC will notify you and establish an online site at which the members of your virtual company can conduct their company coordination efforts in accordance with the operating agreement.
This site will contain, inter alia:
- The statement of company goals (which you provide)
- The list of roles available to be played by members (you also provide the initial list)
- A copy of the Articles and Operating Agreement
- A link to a bank that will open an account at the request of the member/agent you have selected
- A link to the online dispute resolution company you have selected, in the operating agreement, to resolve disputes
- Template pages designed to facilitate voting and rating in accordance with the operating agreement
- Template pages designed to allow reporting re company assets, customers, suppliers, contracts and activities.
- Links to other service providers who may be available to assist your vermont virtual company.
