I had expected we would be able to incorporate without a Vermont resident agent or Vermont address but all the proposed LLC agreements I have seen have a resident agent with a Vermont address. It doesn't seem so virtual any more. Why is this necessary and what will it cost? Sreed 22:21, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

I see there's not been any edits on the site since last fall. Is this project going to be revived or am I posting into the void? :-) Sreed 22:28, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

Vermont does require the appointment of an agent for service of process. Contact Peter Erly of Gravel and Shea for information on how to arrange for this.
